Nanci Caldwell has served as a director of the Company since July 2008. Ms. Caldwell is a highly experienced executive in the IT industry with a proven track record in marketing, sales and general management.

Most recently Ms. Caldwell was Executive Vice President and CMO for PeopleSoft. In that role Ms. Caldwell was responsible for all aspects of marketing including corporate, product, industry, service, support and field.  Prior to joining  PeopleSoft in 2001, Ms. Caldwell spent 19 years at HP where she held a number of senior management positions including VP and Group Marketing Manager, Global Services; VP and General Manager, North America Enterprise Computing Sales Organization; VP Enterprise Marketing and Global Sales Programs; VP and General Manager, HP Canada.

Ms. Caldwell is a member of the Board of Directors Deltek Systems, Inc; LiveOps, Inc and Sophos Plc. Ms. Caldwell was also a member of the Board of Directors of Hyperion Solutions and Network General.

Ms. Caldwell is a graduate of Queen’s University, Kingston, Canada.

Ms. Caldwell will serve on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, and the Compensation Committee. The Board of Directors has determined that Ms. Caldwell is “independent” within the meaning of the Company’s director independence standards and the director independence standards of The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. (”Nasdaq”).
